WELCOME TO THE FIRST EDITION
Darts Thailand Monthly - all the news there is about darts in Thailand. That’s our goal. Based in Bangkok, this first edition has Bangkok news. Easy enough to pop down to Pattaya - next month’s edition will include Pattaya darts happenings. All reader contributions are welcome.

First and foremost -  compiling the most comprehensive listing of darts bars in Thailand found on internet - the major motivation for starting this site. If you have or know of a darts bar anywhere in Thailand - email the information and it will be added to our growing list. All darts bars with their own websites will be hyperlinked. Any additional information such as locations maps and photos is also much appreciated.

Rather than just a static information website this monthly news letter will post any and all darts news happenings. Got a lucky draw darts night or special event relating to darts? Email the information and it will be posted in next month’s edition. Want to write about darts happenings in your part of Thailand? Email the information and it will be published in next month’s edition – photographs as well.

Two main features of this monthly news letter - our featured "Darter of the Month" and introduce you to a different darts bar each month. Want your darts bar featured? Send the information and a few photos. Bottom line – if you want to promote your darts bar or darts event – send the information and it will be published here so all interested darts players will know about it.

  This month we feature Praew of the Silver Dollar Darts Team. SD's team plays in Bangkok's Lower Sukhumvit Darts League on Tuesday nights. BANGKOK DART LEAGUES - TWO NEW SEASONS

  

The Lower Sukhumvit Darts League kicked off Season XIII on January 16th and The Thailand Darts League Season 4 on January 18th.

Both leagues still have teams that could use a few more players. Committing to play the entire season is certainly appreciated but not required. If you plan on being in Bangkok and would like to join in on Tuesdays or Thursdays or both - there is a team looking for you.

This Month's Darts  Bar

  

This month we feature "Old Other Office". Located on Patpong 2 this bar is no stranger to darts shooters who have thrown a few darts in Bangkok. Phun & Toom (photo left) have operated this place for 23 years. One of the few darts bars in town to have two darts boards they also have a pool table in their spacious layout.

A laid back atmosphere with the sounds of oldies and country they have a happy hour from 2 PM - 7 PM offering 2 for 1 on beers.  Bar Phone: 02-234-9991
                   

"FLAMING MOE'S MAIN EVENT"    KNOCK-OUT DARTS

(BANGKOK - Queen's Park Plaza - Sukhumvit Soi 22)

Flaming Moe's - Bangkok's popular Simpson's Theme Bar will hold a singles 501 knock-out darts competition on Friday February 23rd at 8 PM.

All are welcome. (even Stoke football fans)
Free food buffet.
Prizes to be awarded.

This is their first "Knock-Out Darts" in what FM's says will be a monthly event. Check their website for more information as they are still finalizing all details.
